Opxy Luxe Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items Sale items, customized products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return process Customers must contact us before returning any item. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
